Kayak Rental
We're interested in renting Kayaks while on island. We don't want to do a guided tour...just rent them and go out on our own.
I know that they can be rented at Cinnamon Bay...any idea of the cost?
Are there any other rental places?
Thanks for your help.

Re: Kayak Rental
My wife took a Kayak tour off of Honeymoon this last trip but I am not sure if they rent the boats without a tour.
Re: Kayak Rental
When I was at Maho over the weekend it appeared that people were renting SUPs and maybe kayaks from the beach.

Check with Crabby's in Coral Bay
Re: Kayak Rental
You can rent kayaks at Honeymoon Beach. I think they're $20 per hour, but they also have an all-day pass for $49.
I Like to KIS (Keep It Simple)

crabbys watersports for kayak rentals and more
OK, if you saw how the Wounded Veterans enjoyed a program this past November at Cinnamon Bay Campground, you would be very impressed....especially when you learn that http://crabbyswatersports.com/ gave the full use, at no cost, of ALL of the equipment needed by the wounded vets. I made it a point to go to Crabby's in Coral Bay to rent my mask and fins, to support a business that supported our veterans. By the way, Crabby's charges less than Cinnamon Bay....BUT, I was staying at Cinnamon Bay, and it would have been so much more convienent to rent from CB....but, Crabby's deserved my business. Go to Carbby's to rent your kayaks.

Yes, Cruz Bay would be more convenient. Thanks for the suggestion.

Re: Kayak Rental
After some quick discussion on this, we are thinking we might enjoy kayaking out around Coral Bay area so, Crabby's would probably be our best bet.
Thanks everyone, for all of the responses.
(Still struggling with the d*%m air to get us there...)

Re: Kayak Rental
Have never rented a kayak, actually have never kayaked.......but I would think Coral Bay would be the best. Maybe around the mangroves and hurricane hole, seems more green and a slower pace.
