Just chiming in, but Maho would be my recommendation. Middle to right side is where we camp out and have seen them every time. Sometimes they will be small-young ones and other times there might be a larger one. But...have always seen multiple turtles there.
Francis has plenty, too.
My favorite snorkels have been cinnamon, left side of Trunk along rocks back toward Jumbie, right side of Maho, and Ditleff.
In a few weeks I'm hoping to add Waterlemon, Lameshur, and ???? To that list!

My favorite snorkels are haulover nw side. Gotta wait for the right weather though. Waterlemon early before the crowds, and Francis. Oh and little lameshur on the left down the rock point. We saw turtles at Hansen, Francis, waterlemon, Leinster, and lameshur.
