I'll try to help you out, as thanks for all the photos you shared with us. There's some information on this thread (and some fun pics): http://www.virgin-islands-on-line.com/v ... 9&p=272955
Good to see you back, Capt!

Re: Need help posting pics
I use photobucket to upload my pics and it is really easy to post photos from there...you just upload then click a link to copy the "thumbnail code", then paste that on the forum post and you're done. Most picture websites probably have similar tools for getting links to post pics...

Hope this helps explain!

Re: Need help posting pics
Thanks Guys I will give this stuff a try. Minde some good pics in that thread. Sherb I also use photobucket and always just copied the IMG code and it was easy. My problem is it says I can't post cause pics to large. I will give it a try again. Nope says images can only be 850 pixels wide I tried all the codes. I guess copying the direct code kinda works. But not what I really want. Probably a site out there that will allow me to reduce the size of pic. I will check photobucket first make sure they dont have something

Re: Need help posting pics
I use Flickr. Once you upload to their site you are given a whole range of sizes to choose from. I think all but the large ones are compatible with this forum. I use the medium 640 option for this forum. That makes the photos large enough to see detail but not so large that you have to scroll to see the entire picture.
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.
Re: Need help posting pics
Amother way to do it is to paste the IMG thumb link from photobucket...it provides a clickable thumbnail to the source photo...like this:
