Where is all the water??

Post by Jan&MikeVa »

Has anyone looked at the Web-Cam today?? There is no water at the dinghy dock. I know it's not a tidal thing because it's been like that since early this morning.

We've only been to STJ in December and May, and there is definately more beach in May. Is this a seasonal thing??

Just curious, maybe someone with some brains can sort this out for me.

It looks like Low tide is at 12:19, so that is my guess.

Sorry, but seeing that kind of reminded me about something. If I was on a beach and saw the water suddenly recede, I'd run like hell to higher ground.

Good one Bert!
Waterguy, let me know when the water temp in your pool is "just right"............I'll be on my way!

Okay, Mike said it's probably extra low because it's a "new moon". But what does he know?

Thanks.............. :P :P
