I will play devil's advocate here-
Will tourists really like passing a junk yard to get there?
And will they enjoy not having a view?
I don't think people who frequent Maho will think this is similar IMHO.

I agree it certainly won't be for the typical tourist, but I still think there's a market for it. If it was economical, I would do it. I've stayed in the valley of Coral Bay before without a view, and I would do it again. The idea of it being surrounded by gardens and fruit trees is appealing to me, of course I doubt if I'm a typical tourist
