Mystic Ridge or Casa Bueno?

I would love some help picking a Villa. We are traveling with 3 kids (ages 7 to 11) and are looking for a villa with a pool, ac, nice kitchen and view. We are thinking of Mystic Ridge or Casa Bueno. I've found several great reviews for Casa Bueno, but almost no information on Mystic Ridge. Has anyone stayed there?

I have stayed at Casa Bueno and visited Mystic Ridge. I guess one question that comes to mind is- will a couple of the kids be sharing a room or do you want them in I divination rooms? Unless you need the hot tub, I think I would go with CB, but it is personal choice. You may want to PM Chet on this Forum as he has stayed at Mystic Ridge several times. Mystic Ridge is spectacular...ok, full disclosure; we have rented 5 or 6 times. It's an easy 5 min roll down the hill to Maho or Francis.

I don't know if you've made your decision but I'd highly recommend Casa Bueno. I've stayed twice at Mystic Ridge and although I haven't rented Casa Bueno the owners graciously gave us a tour of the house and CB is hands down a nicer house. Casa Bueno gets a thumbs up!!
