Grande Bay - Morning Sun?

One last quick question in our quest to find the perfect rental unit in Grande Bay...

Does the complex get morning sun? (We are traveling next February.) We are really only going to be there for breakfast and then late at night, so I don't think we need anything too extravagant. But I really enjoy sitting outside in the sun around 7-8 a.m. while we are drinking our coffee and getting ready for the day. Does anyone know if the decks/balconies get morning sun? Is there a better area within the complex for this? We were thinking about getting a one-bedroom penthouse for our next trip because of the expansive decks, but then I was thinking that it may not be necessary if they do not get morning sun. If anyone has firsthand knowledge on this, I would love to hear it. Thanks!

The company I work for manages 18 units at Grande Bay. You will only get morning sun in the front units but at the back of the building. The back patio's are small not really big enough to lay out although our penthouse does have a chaise on the patio.

We own a one bedroom corner, end unit in the upper building that we rent out through vrbo.com/245798. The sun rises over the mountain and hits our terrace full on at about 7am. The terrace is covered so the sun is not directly over head. Check out our website that has a couple of videos that show exactly what the view is like.
