I have contacted her and she's willing to work with us on pricing. One quick question, is the pool warm enough to swim in at that time of year? (Thank you, Jan, for pointing out that potential issue! We've never gone to STJ in the winter before.)

We spent a lot of time in the pool so it must have been warm enough. It seems there was sun all afternoon.

The kids also swam and snorkeled in the ocean that was just below the house!

We loved this villa. Our kids are all grown and had significant others with them so the separate bedroom suites was perfect!
