Wow theresa Rae.....that is just awful. it would have totally ruined my vacation-- I hope it didn't ruin yours. Caribe havens is off my list for good.

That makes my heart so happy that you were able to get your camera, lens and bag back, these days you are not quite sure if there will be a happy ending. I met Nancy this summer as well, she was managing a villa we stayed at. She did not seem like a very happy camper and she mentioned that she is tired of doing the job. Well it sounds like her retirement is long overdue if she is lashing out at clients
