Help preserve marital bliss. Need to buy short

Friends just joined here at Bongo Bongo. When they unpacked they found that Phil had no shorts in his suitcase. Since his wife Susan was in charge of the packing there has been considerable discord amongst the troops! Well seriously it's not that big of a deal but who wants to wear jeans on STJ all week. Any idea where we can buy men's shorts on STJ.

We Are going in to our 4th day here on the rock for Kate and I and it has all been about villa gravity to this point. Bongo Bongo has a black bottomed pool that catches sun all day and the water is warm enough to swim in, rare at this time of year. So there just hasn't been much of a reason to get out. Do plan to hit a few beaches this week and will load pictures if I can figure out how to do it

The weather has been absolutely perfect here and they just got 6" of snow at home. Life is good.

So jealous. We are supposed to get another 1-3 inches tonight. Help a fellow Hoosier get through the cold weather by posting pics or a trip report please! 1 month left until our trip back to the rock and it can't come soon enough!

I know what you mean AboutToGoCoastal. I live near Indy as well and am HATING THE SNOW!!
Ready to get out of it and on the rock. The only thing though, I just got back in October.

Go to any bar at Wharfside and ask the bartenders. Don't worry! This mariage will survive no shorts on St. John. Wear a collared shirt and trunks. It will work. Focus on the vaca!

Should have no problem finding mens shorts in Wharfside or Low Key. There is also a new store across from Wharfside (Island Breeze?) that would have them.

Hey Coastal and vacagirl, we got out of Indiana just in time to miss all of that snow The shorts crsis is over. Big Planet in Mongoose filled the bill

Spent the morning lounging around the pool and then headed over to Ms Lucy's for lunch. The weather is absolutely perfect. We sat at Lucy's and had the grouper Rubin and just chilled by the water. The color of the water in the bay by Ms. Lucy's was just breathtaking.

Came back to Bongo Bongo and swam for a couple of hours

Off to Casa Roma for dinner tonight

Will do a trip report and post pictures as soon as I can figure out how to do that. I' know it is simple but I am technology challenged

Spent part of today booking air fare for our return to STJ in late May. We have booked Wings Over Water Vills for May. If you haven't checked it out you should. Can't wait to go there it looks amazing. Very much enjoying Bongo Bongo but we do like being closer to the water and Wings Over Water fills that bill

More to come. Off to mix some vodka and cranberry so I can punish my liver!
