St. John Villa Company

We are looking at renting at Grande Bay.
I searched the forums but can't find any mention of the St. John Villa Company.
We found them on vrbo.
Has anyone had any experience with them? Rachelle is the contact I have been talking to.

We rented a villa at Grande Bay and Rachelle from St. John Villa Company was our villa greeter. It is legit.

I too rented a unit in Grande Bay in April. Rachelle was wonderful and very attentive. We also arranged some provisioning through Them as well. We were very pleased with the experience.

We rented a unit thru VRBO and the owner had Rachelle at SJ Villa company managing the unit. She was very professional, organized and a pleasure to deal with. We would not hesitate to use them again.
One nice touch is an email that she sends out close to the arrival date with arrival info and a list of the local customs including greeting others with the customary "good morning, Good afternoon" and the proper attire to be worn when not on the beach.

My wife and I are renting at Grande Bay during the week of 7/28 and Rachelle has contacted us with welcome info. Thus far things could not be going more smoothly with her or the others I've spoken with at St. John Villa. You shouldn't hesitate to use them when making plans!

We own a unit at Grande Bay and St John Villa Company is our on island property manager and also handles our meet and greets . No need to worry.
