Sizes on forum tshirts?

Post by LandLockedBeachLover »

I'm going to order one of the new forum t-shirts since it is so well advertised now by Vicki (I hope you get a nice supermodel check for this gig girlfriend! :D ) At any rate, for those that have their tees already - - do they run big or small? I take it they are men's sizes pretty much?

Just want to make sure I have enough room for the 36DD's (HA!!) to move

I've got 44DD's and ordered the largest size. It's a bit snug in the chest but nothing a little stretching won't take care of!!

Holy carambas Gromit  ! Lucky for Mr. Gromit!

Actually I was just kidding on the DD's. Not QUITE that ample.

I'm hoping a medium will work....

I think that they run a little big. At least for me who is not a 44DD. I got a medium. I usually take a medium in tops. This is roomy, which is the way I prefer it. Generous sizing. Don't know about shrinkage. Good quality shirt.

I wear a women's medium shirt. I like my tee's big so I ordered a Medium thinking they were men's sizes. After I washed it (shrinkage - I put everything in the dryer) it fit like a woman's medium. I hope this helps?

I got a large and it fits OK. I usually get large t-shirts. If anything, I'd say it runs just a tad on the smaller size IMHO.

I think something's wrong with my computer. It's talking dirty to me.

It is simply a size to go by for those of us that have them it is good way to judge the size shirt we need!

NO disrespect intended here at all everyone, but like Cat says for women this can be a major determination of size and comfort.

Not proud of my "girls" but they are what they are and they are often a hinderance to getting t-shirts to fit properly. Let's just say that anything DD is completely overrated.

So there's no need to get nasty, as my post was not intended to be inappropriate -- the genital size for men (and I expect especially in the case of Mr. Marcia) rarely - if ever - will affect the fit of anything clothing-wise.

Most of you know me from my posts and know that I would never say anything meant to be inappropriate on purpose.

Mr. Marcia however your comment was out of line.

As our felllow posters like to say... simma down....

Bra size is a completely appropriate reference point for the fit of a shirt, esp. when we are talking about men's sizes trying to accommodate the girls. No, I am not giving up my bra size, but it is helpful as a girl to know if things just won't fit in there!

The thing is the bigger the "girls" the worse the fit of the rest of the shirt, so I have basically given up on t-shirts altogether. I prefer tanks. Esp. when I am there. You can cover up, look appropriate, and not feel like you have a tent on!
