Anyone know what this beach front property is?

We could see this white villa from Moon Cottage and were very intrigued on the Villa.

That is Spindrift villa in Fortsberg. I am not sure if it is still on the rental market or not.

It's Forts Cove villa (I've had my eye on it since I saw it being built my first visit to STJ)but unfortunately it's no longer on the retal market.

I found 1 active link for it but every other place it used to be listed on (including VRBO) says its no loger available

You are both correct as there are two homes shown in the photo

But the villa on the top is Estate Fortsberg and that's a wonderful villa. The view from there is to die for and the villa itself is great.

The villa with the blue-ish roof is Spindrift and the villa next to it with the brown roof is Forts Cove. And as Maggy said the villa up on the hill is Estate Fortsberg.

(I will admit that I'm a bit of a villa geek)

We went to check it out a couple of years ago. It was much less appealing in person.

The rooms were quite dark, didn't feel like you were in a tropical place. Also, there was no fencing around the property. Subsequently the donkeys had done their business EVERYWHERE. The smell was pretty bad.
