Anybody have any information on this villa? Looks nice but strange not to be able to find any solid info.

Long time reader, first time contributor...
My wife, our three daughters (ages 9, 9, and 7), and I stayed at Caribbean Jewels this past March. It's a very nice two bedroom villa with great views of Coral Bay, the East End, and some of the BVI. We were impressed with how clean, secure and well maintained it was. It's very close to where Centerline and North Shore roads meet, which makes it a short drive to Coral Bay, East End, St. Francis, Maho, Salt Pond Bay, etc. (20 minutes to Cruz Bay). The pool is also nice - clean and fairly big. The pool could be a little chilly at times, and the upstairs bedroom needed some curtains and blinds, but other than that we really liked this villa.
Now about those neighbors; we were there for 9 days and had two run-ins with them. We read the Trip Advisor report a couple of weeks before arriving, and so we were aware that they were sensitive to noise. On arrival day we hopped in the pool in the late afternoon, and after a while the lady of the house politely called down to let us know that they would appreciate if we could keep it down. At the time it was just my quiet daughter and I in the pool having a conversation, but to be fair we were all in the pool five minutes before and the girls were excited. Our second run-in was a couple of days later, and less pleasant. This time the man of the house called down and was quite rude (no foul language, just a mean tone). I tried to explain to him that our voices were at conversation level, but he didn't want to talk. Instead, he turned on his planar saw and ran that for 10 minutes, which was very loud. He then stopped the saw, listened for a minute, and when he heard voices he started it up again. This went on for 45 minutes, but it honestly didn't bother us (with the saw on I no longer had to worry about my girls being too loud).
Both run-ins occurred around 5:30 pm, so if you can keep it quiet around that time you'll likely be fine. We were in the pool often during the nine days, and only had these two run-ins.
I hope that helps. Let me know if there's anything else I can answer.

I'm betting this is the same guy who stopped my husband along the road on Ajax Peak when we stayed at Debolina last March. Ron was going up the hill, he was coming down, Ron got over more to let him pass and he swerved in front of Ron and started screaming "Gravity, gravity, people coming down the hill have the right away" Are you from around here? Oh, your a renter, huh?" And then drove around......weird....believe me Ron can be a redneck and he almost got an ass whipping.....the guy must have serious issues. He does live on an island that depends upon tourism.
