2 night stay - Ideas??

Post by bsmiley »

Any suggestions appreciated. We booked a villa for a week starting next weekend and they would only book it through Saturday rental period. Our flights are back on Monday. Villa now has a rental inquiry on those additional nights so it looks like we need to find a 2 night option.

I checked with the obvious hotels and Gallows point but am open to options or suggestions for villas that would rent that short of a term or other ideas? We are looking for 6/16 & 6/17 2 adults/3 kids.

Again, Ideas or suggestions of places to check are appreciated.

Thanks

Try Lavender Hill, Cruz Views, Sunset Ridge and St. John Inn. There are some owners in Grande bay on this forum that might have those 2 days available. Good luck!

We have stayed at both the Boutique Hotel and the St. John Inn. We loved them both! I love the pool and the rum punch happy hour at the St. John Inn. Free continental breakfast at both!

Estate Lindholm may be an option, I know they say 3 night minimum on their website, but it may be worth giving a call

Check with Cimarron and see if they have anything available up on Sunset Ridge.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. Funny all these options sound familiar but when I need them I cant remember.

Found a couple of villas open those dates and inquired on 2 nights. They are places I have considered renting and would love the opportunity to check them out for a couple of nights. We will see how that goes.

Time to do some typing and looking.

Seems the villa we are staying at is open those additional nights which is a good thing because I did not realize how limited your choices were when you have 5 people and only need 2 nights. Places suggested were booked, wouldnt do the time frame or just not workable for a family of 5. I think it would be very different if there were just 2 people or you only had one night to worry about.

Lesson learned for future that I will either book a place that covers the entire stay in advance or wait till we get closer and find a place that covers the whole stay.
