If all goes well (knock wood) I should be leaving Philly at 9:40 tomorrow morning! :D Hope to catch the 3:00 ferry from Red Hook and be on island by 3:20! I'll wave like crazy at the Spice Cam!

Staying at Maho, on my own, for 2 weeks. Looking forward to meeting a lot of interesting people and doing new things. Should be quite an adventure!

Paradise soon come! :lol:

Good for you! Going down on June 16 with my husband, sister and brother in law, but one of these days I may just do it on my own!

Minde, I'm on vacation but will volunteer to walk dogs at ACC and help out at Maho if needed. This whole trip came about because of the kindness of many. Round trip ticket paid for with FF miles donated by a parent of one of the children I care for (work full time in Infant room at a day-care),Jeep for 1 week paid for by son (Thank-you Dear), Kekoa charter paid for with extra money earned baby sitting, dog sitting and house sitting. Yeah, St John means that much to me and I'll do all I can to get back to the Rock!
Now I need to get some sleep...if I can!

I can relate to doing the extras to get back down there!!!! Picked up on call time tomorrow for some extra $$$. I am half way to my goal!
Going "home" again October 26th!
