Survivan or Jester - BVI Daysail

Post by cruiserkcs »

Has anyone done the BVI daysail on either Survivan or Jester? Would appreciate any input. Trying to make a decision on which to reserve.

Thanks!

My family of five went for a daysail on the Survivan last summer, and I can highly recommend it. Jason and Michelle (if they are still a "team") were most welcoming.

His focus is on finding good snorkel spots, and he delivered -- even though the weather on our particular day could have been better.

It is not a "party boat," although they are quick to offer drinks, etc. Lunch was excellent.

Have fun!

We saw Jester at Honeymoon Beach on Wednesday. I thought the cockpit looked like it would be cramped for more than 3 or 4 people.

Cheers, RickG

Thanks for the info, TanManSam & RickG. Survivan is about 10' longer than Jester. There are only 4 in our party & it will be just the 4 of us on either boat.
