Oh god sorry, I'm exhausted just reading your list after a bottle of 2005 Bordeaux. Just wing it......for beaches, work your way first along north shore,, west to east.....then head to salt pond and lameshur on south shore. For food, just walk down the street in Cruz and go in the restaurants that look fun......life can be more interesting when your operate on a random basis.

Best all around beach: Miss Vie's, if you get there early enough to grab the nicest lounge chairs and plant yourself in one of only 2 or 3 shady spots.
Best secluded: Brown Bay
Best easy access beach for snorkeling: Francis
Best beach with shade: Francis
Most crowded beach: Trunk, Hawksnest
Best local to see the sunset: Frank Bay
Best local to see the sunrise: Tourist Trap?
Best 1 hr hike: How about a short hike and some looking around: Drunk Bay
Best ruins: Lameshur or Whistling Cay
Best high end restaurant: I have no idea. I'd love to go to Fatty Crab, but Blaine wouldn't do it.
Best casual restaurant: Candie's Ribs or Tourist Trap
Locals favorite restaurant Used to be Shielas Pot. Maybe now Candie's Ribs.
