VILLA HELP PLEASE.... :)

Hi Forum Friends
Looking for recommendations for 2-3 bedroom villa for mid July. AC Bedrooms, Pool, Nice Kitchen/grilling amenities......close to Fish Bay, Rendezvous Bay would be great but anything in and around Choc Hole, Great Cruz Bay, close to town is great too. Preferably $3000 or less. but open to hearing suggestions.

Friends of ours stayed in Choco Cruz so we spent time there, it is gorgeous and has amazing sunset views. Check it out! For a less expensive, older home in the same area with lots of character, check out Poi Pu. Very reasonable, good location overlooking Salt Pond and Chocolate Hole.

We stayed at Sago Palms in Aug '08. I see it's getting renov. starting in Aug this year, but we loved it, the views are just amazing north shore views!

Near to Fish and Rendezvous, try Cara Mia or White Cottage.. both will be close to your range.

It's a little more than your stated budget, but we loved Aurora -- so much so we're headed back in November. Great, upgraded kitchen. Terrific outdoor spaces. Nice pool. Fabulous sunset and St. Thomas views. 5 minutes from town. Catered To is great to deal with. Highly recommend it!
