Feet, Fins & Four Wheel Drive question....

Post by Bonny in CA »

Hi everyone! I have a book question for you!
I'm wondering if there are illustrations, maps, etc. in FF&FWD. I'd like to buy it for my kindle, but illustrations are always too small to see! Thank you in advance!!!

Coming soon..... A new ticker!!!

I haven't picked my copy up in a long time (we'v'e been going to STJ for over 20 years) but I don't recall there being maps. I think having this resource on your Kindle is a great idea. I say buy it because if you haven't been to STJ or even if you have been once or twice you will find this book useful.

I've loaned out my copy so I can't look at it, and truth be told, I haven't really used that one too much. I can tell you that St John Off the Beaten Track has a lot of maps that coincide to the route descriptions.

There are maps but the only one we have used is the one that shows the locations of the different beaches. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it without the use of the maps because of the all the great information about the different beaches and trails.
We never go without our copy.

Thank you everyone! That is good to hear, I'll get it on my kindle! I bought off the Beaten Track prior to our first trip last year.

I just went online to FINALLY book our trip in November and Surf Sound is booked on our anniversary!!! Boo hoo!!

Does anyone have any suggestions for a place in the same price range anywhere in the Coral Bay area?

I'm going to start searching old threads now...

My last three picks were Surf Sound, Blue Wrasse, and Giovanna's Giardino al Mare. All looked great, and I ended up choosing Giovanna's. Good luck!

Thanks Ehrenbrown. Blue Wrasse is the only one available for the dates I need.
Two questions for you. In their picture of the stairs, is the cottage at the top or bottom of the stairs and what is at the other end?
Second, is there more than one rental unit on the property? Is it very private in the outdoor living areas?

thank you!

I believe the cottage is at the bottom of the stairs, and there are a bunch of them. Not sure about other houses on property- try emailing the owner, perhaps?
