Looking for house
Does anyone know of a house on the Coral bay side that has it's own beach? Just two adults and two children 5 and 6.

Pebble Cove comes to mind first. Edited to say that it isn't a sand beach that would be great for a 5 and 6 year old. It gets deep quick at that beach.
Possibly The Retreat (has a walk down to haulover north I think)
there are a few on privateer bay
When I think of beaches that are nice for kids that young I think of soft sand beaches that don't get deep quickly which are a hard find on STJ.

What about Casa Tua? I've never stayed there, but it is on the water in Coral Bay. Not sure what the beach is like (might be kind of rocky).

Francis and Maho are perfect for little kids - soft sandy beaches with gradual slopes in the water. So, even though they're not Coral Bay, have you looked at Francis Bay estate, Villa Serenity, or Sunnyledge? I have never stayed at them so am not sure of how accessible the beach is from them.
Other option (also not in coral bay) might be the Gibney cottages. Finally, I think there are a few houses in Coral Bay on Johnson's bay, but I am not sure of swimmability of that beach. Finally, if you're ok with moving to Great Cruz bay, there are a couple that are on the water there - Splash, Viridian Garden, maybe string of pearls.

One of the four units at Estate Zootenvaal http://www.estatezootenvaal.com/
I have never seen this property so do not know the details of water depth, etc.

Sunnyledge is a wonderful villa but it isn't on the beach. Francis Bay is a very short drive from the home though. You can walk the road (the one that goes to the Maho Camps)but it is narrow and steep and might be a bit much for a 5 and 6 year old. The view of Francis Bay from the porch of Sunnyledge is heavenly, especially early morning. We watched deer on the beach, turtles coming up for air, and pelicans fishing. It didn't matter to us but it does not have a pool. The drive to Coral Bay isn't bad at all.
We stayed at Rainbow Beach on Johnson Bay in January. It is a little run down but right on the beach. They have a volleyball net in the sand. We rented SUP's and went right from the beach around the Coral Bay side. The price is reasonable. We rented it through Caribbean Villas.
