I know you can't take a STJ rented car to STT is this a law or just the rental companies policy

This is crazy the laws of rental cars between STJ and STT. Do these islands hate each other as far as rental cars go?

Maybe it would be worth the money to build a suspension bridge.

Is it true that you can't take a STJ rental car over to STT to maybe buy supplies at Costco or break up the vacation with a different beach on STT. I mean STT has some beautiful beaches also.

We're trying to plan a trip back and are very unsettling confused.
