Baked In The Sun <3

Post by lpowmacback »

We just returned from our 4th stay on paradise recently and while there, finally got to experience Baked In The Sun - our favorite new find (my other favorite new find are my Trekking Poles!)! For those of you who have not been, it's a great little place with delectable treats - but they also have a lot of beautiful healthy salads as well as sandwiches & wraps... and their prices are very reasonable. The owner is a sweetheart, as is most of the staff - especially Jim!

We found ourselves buying sandwiches (which are very large and when divided, can serve as a nice breakfast & a lunch) and lots of salads - which are great easy lunches or dinners. The greens, sprouts, etc were very fresh and of good quality.

:-)
Peace,

Lisa

Strat- it's on 104 about 100' from the round about, across from a church - in a little strip mall on a weird angle. :-)

We used to visit when they were located at Marketplace. Lovely place, lovely people, great food. Better than Deli Grotto, in my humble opinion. Haven't been back since they relocated, but we will visit on our next trip (hopefully early 2013!).

We love Baked in the Sun, but haven't been to their new location. I'm happy to hear they are still doing well and providing great food. Can't wait to get there this year!

If I'm getting it straight it looks like it might be where the old bakery was and next to the cleaners. Loved it in the Marketplace. Great breads and super nice people. Loved going there for breakfast and sitting out in the courtyard. Wish they had open air seating now.
