Excellent report - thank you. Congratulations on completing the 8 Tuff.

It's on my list and I agree with Kim, the medal does add to the motivation!

I would be pretty nervous driving or staying somewhere by myself, as well. Brave girl!

Great report! We did the race for our 50th as well. Not being runners, we did not manage to break our 2 hour goal, but did the race in 2 hrs. 7 minutes. To anyone considering walking, not running - don't hesitate. Lots of walkers. So much fun.

And we may have crossed paths at Little Lameshur as we were there three times during our week. Happy 50th from one to another!

Minde said so well just what I was thinking. Congratulations! Happy 50th! Thanks for sharing the scary and lonesome parts as well as the fun and exciting ones. Hope you'll do it again next year!

I have seen your topic in the off topic forum about trying new things this year. (I´m looking forward to see what you have done).

But I have to say that travel alone to STJ, sleep alone in a house you haven’t visited before, and participate in a tuff run are really cool. It must be difficult to beat that.
