Does a tan fade faster in the snow? :(

Post by chicagoans »

It's hard to believe that 6 days ago I was sweating my butt off doing 8 Tuff, and 3 days ago I was lounging at Jumbie. Now it's SNOWING!

Doing another race tomorrow (the Chiditarod, a ridiculous combination of race/pub crawl/food drive.) Somehow I don't think I'll be sweating like I was for 8 Tuff.

your tan will not fade faster but we are suffering with the same snow--though light here as we live near the mississippi river but in WI. We cheered people on last year in the 8 tuff miles but have been stuck here all winter.

It definitely fades when you step off of the plane!! The snow has got to cause faster fading for sure!!

I think it fades much slower up against snow and pasty, white winter people - like me
