Which neighborhoods can see the sunset?

Post by VacationGal »

Hello-

Looking for a place to stay next winter. Great sunset views are very important. I prefer to see the sun fall behind St. Thomas as opposed to behind a hill on St. John. Which neighborhoods should I be looking at?

Need that Western exposure and higher on the hill. I like the google map app suncalc.net. Point at a villa and see where the sun will set and rise based on your specific dates.

Up the hill for Great Cruz Bay or Chocolate Hole are my favorites. Best sunset I ever saw? From Alessandra with MrB, Amy, Jorge and Sweet Christine.

We'll miss seeing the boys. At this age they grow so fast when we see them next year we probably won't recognize them.
