What do people wear out at night on STJ? Please tell me total casual is just fine?

Total casual is just fine! There are only a couple of places that require more than casual (Caneel's Turtle Bay restaurant requests a collared shirt and long pants/khakis for men, Zozo's and some of the others would be fine with nice shorts), but for the most part total causal is what it's all about.
