Rendezvous Condos or Cruz Views

We are trying to decide between the two. We would stay in #10 at Cruz Views. The prices are the same pretty much. Has anyone stayed in both to know which one is nicer or more private. I'll be 7 months pregnant so I don't want it to be too loud or too much crazy up hill walking.

Thoughts?

I have stayed at both Rendezvous Cottage and Cruz Views - but not #10.

Cruz Views is within walking distance of town, but up a rather steep hill. Going down is alright, getting back up at 7 months pregnant might be a challenge! We never used the pool, but the views look nice.

Rendezvous is a nice little cottage, we stayed in the lower level unit and the owner lived in one of the upper units at the time - I don't know if that is still the case. The pool is located outside of the owner's unit so if he is there, there won't be much privacy. The unit has a nice sized living area which is a screened in porch and has nice views. The bedroom area is a bit small and I needed AC because we had no breeze.

In my opinion, I would pick Cruz Views because the unit is more private and it is closer to town.

I don't like the way the bedroom window looks, in the pic of the cottage. It might just be me, but it doesn't look very secure...
I think the planos have stayed in unit 10?
