Made this tonight and have to say - It was fabulous! My 8 year old granddaughter practically ate all of it. Definitely a keeper! Thanks for the recipe.

John and I spent this past weekend on Cape Cod, and I cooked delicious super fresh fish every night. This was John's favorite dinner: pasta with cod, clams, and lobster, in a white wine, heirloom tomato sauce. I don't understand why I can't get this quality of fish closer to home.

It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.
I've never understood the whole keurig thing .... though it's certainly true that a manual espresso machine requires a fair bit of dedication. Yes, some people also go overboard with their 'capuccino art'!

At any rate, moving back to food, here's something I made up a couple of nights ago because I wanted something spicy: thai curried chicken soup, beef satay and a very spicy peanut sauce.
