We were on the rock last week also. My wife and I had so much time to get reconnected. The day we spent at Solomon in particular was magical. We certainly slid into island mode and are trying to keep it going now that we are home.

Hi Bonny.... I loved the pics... #50 was my favorite with the two of you walking away from the camera at sunset. Just a perfect evening stroll on the beach!

The "getting it" feeling also adds another feeling called, "Always wanting a ticker feeling." My ticker is looking pretty good right now... Just over a month away until 10 days in paradise.

I'm sure you're already working on your next ticker!

Congrats on the Anniversary! A perfect place to enjoy one another on your 25th, 26th, 27th..... etc.

Hi Bonny -- Congratulations on your 25th anniversary and I LOVED your pictures! I would love to do that with my hubby someday. I love to listen to people explain how they "got it" with our favorite place on Earth. There is just "something" about it. It definitely is my happy place.

It was odd that I didn't get sad when it was time to go home, but I think I knew deep down that I AM coming back!!

Pictures... #8, I like that one too. It does look natural, it's because I was slipping and he was laughing!

#50 & 52, I love those two also, I will probably enlarge both of those, #8, and I need to find a few more.

The sunset in #50 really is breathtaking!

Greg (hubby) says if I sell our jet skis, we can go back next year! I'm trying to do it without selling the jet skis!

Looking at maps & stuff, we missed SO much that we HAVE to go back!! :lol: (it's a good enough excuse for me!)

Hope everyone is having a wonderful day, especially those of you who are lucky enough to be on STJ right now!!

You need a ticker asap. It will help kill the sting of reality back home. It's been fun reading your posts from the beginning and seeing you catch on to all of us. :)

Yes, I do need a new ticker, but arrangements must be made first. I'm thinking about the Concordia Eco-Tents, so we can stay longer! :)

I'm hatching a plan to celebrate our anniversary in St. John every year!

I just watched BigCheeze's Maho Turtle cam footage, made me wish I was there snorkeling with turtles!

Congrats Newbie and welcome to our little world! I, too, remember all of your questions before you left and wondered if it would be "your place". Some are just lucky enough (and cool enough 8) ) to "get it". Your pictures are gorgeous. We plan to renew our vows there at #20 or #25......

Cpt. Phil doubles as a minister and did our renewal on Jost.
No really, tell Jim I'll stay out of the way and shoot pics. :wink: :wink:
