I have tried this number before I wrote, but I couldn't get contact. Have just tried again, and got an automatic message this time- so now I know it's the right number and will try later.

Hope it isn't a firm which will continue to take my money!

Thank you Loria. It seems as if the company is good
enough, so I don't need to worry.
But I have heard so many stories about people, who has been treated, so that's why I'm a little worried because they have my account number - even though their homepage looks very professional.
