We have stayed at Latitude and it is one of our favorites. Great views. Close enough to the ocean to listen to the waves crash on the shore. Large pool. The master is in the main house and the2 other bedrooms are in a separate building. If that is not an issue for the kids think you should give it strong consideration. A truly fabulous place to stay.

Cinnamon Tarn would meet your needs and I found it reasonable.
