I was just wondering why Bongo Bongo, on the "On St. John" website, has a little caption under it calling it St. John's most overexposed villa? What does that mean?

It's a joke. They maintained a blog during the construction process, so a lot of people knew about the house before it went on the rental market. The blog is a fun read. Check it out here: http://www.bongobongostjohn.com/blog/index.html
