Concordia Soft Opening

There's finally a place to enjoy a drink on the South Shore of STJ. We stopped by the Concordia dining pavillion yesterday around sunset. It was great to enjoy the sunset overlooking Salt Pond Bay. They have Maho Bay Campground-style service. Mon, the chef, is Thai, and he is a happy character. Jennifer, "Nif" from Maho Bay, the manager is a character. They have a good wine selection and the standard beers. We did not eat, but the kitchen was very nicely equipped. When they get their new canopy it is going to look impressive.

We continued our pub crawl with appetizers at Shipwreck Landing and finished the night at Aqua Bistro. We ran into some forum lurkers who new all of the characters, but never posted.

I could see the new space when we were out in Coral Bay but we never stopped. Thanks for the update.

By the way, Jorge was having trouble down stairs but I took care of it. This coffee is awesome and I really like the drapes in the living room!

Pia, we started at Aqua Bistro and then walked over to Island Blue to start. We hit pretty much everything on that side of Coral Bay. We are moving slowly this morning. We'll see you!
