luggage.....
luggage.....
so, forumites i need your help--we are going on a trip where we will be traveling from place to place every other day or so-- this is kind of new for us, since w generally stay in a place for an extended period rather than move around . so we bring backpacks and unpack them and there you have it--
with this trip we'll need luggage that can really act like a chest of drawers (or something!) so that stuff stays generally neat an organized and we don't need to unpack/repack every other day-does anyone have luggage that they rally liekthat might fit the bill here?
oh and if it is lockable and theft resistant all the better--
thanks!

Loria - At ebags.com, their own eBags brand “Mother Lode” wheeled duffels have compartments that are pretty useful. We have 2 of these – they are well designed, impressive quality, and durable - they are holding up very well. You can use small TSA padlocks on the main clamshell zipper.
Click on the “Bags by eBags” tab on their website and check em out. They even have demo videos on the wheeled duffel so you can really see what its like and decide for yourself if its what you are looking for. They also have some pretty slick looking “packing cubes” for use with your existing bags.

Along the packing cube line - when we do a multi-stop trip, I pack our clothing for each day in large ziplocs, which if you are good at it, pack down to very slim packages that take up little space.jmq wrote: They also have some pretty slick looking “packing cubes” for use with your existing bags.
When it comes time to get dressed in the morning, I just need to grab a bag for each of us. It eliminates the need to dig through the suitcase each day.
