Renting at Gallows Pt

It seems like there are a few different ways to rent a condo at Gallows Pt. Renting directly through them, or a VRBO unit, or through something called Suites St John...

Anybody know the pros or cons of the various ways?

We rented through owner or vrbo because you get owner discount so it is cheaper. We didn't rent the one that was offered, but the owner called and we got owner discount. Not sure if they get credit somehow . Suite St John handles or owns a few of the units and I hear they are very nice, but when I inquired they were more money.

We have rented through Gallows direct and through VRBO. Not noticeable difference other than price.

I haven't been able to get into the Gallows Point web site for a few days now. I wonder what's up with that.

No difference other than renting through the owner is generally cheaper.

Suite St John owns 8 units at Gallows plus seaview cottage across the street as well as several stand alone villas around the island. I have been working with Jeff there who reponds to all questions very quickly..
