Just got an alert that Spirit is down to $230 r/t for air from DC to STT in Sept, Oct, Nov. That's pretty cheap!! Won't work for my schedule, but I wanted to pass it on.
I just booked tickets with them yesterday out of Chicago for late October. They were listed at $310 on Kayak and when I went to book, it went down to $243! Can't wait - guess I need a new ticker!
Just checked and my flight is now down to $203 - trying to call them now!

Shut down....Not surprised, wouldn't even give me a credit for my bags! Still happy with $243.
Flights for early Nov. are down to $59 each way out of DC. Plus taxes, it's about $204 per person r/t. I've never seen it that low. Thinking about reshuffling my vacation plans...........
We are thinking about a possible last minute trip this fall and I saw these low fares on their website too. Haven't ever flown this airline, and there are many horrible online reviews. It sure is tempting...especially compared to some of the competition. Thanks for passing this on.
We fly them pretty much everytime we fly...and we have not had a bad expeirence. Honestly all the airlines have delays and cancellations.. maybe we are just been lucky but at 203 its worth the risk...Myrtle Beach isnt on sale.. ..or I would be tempted...too good of a deal to pass up..
