Loving your report! That poor sister was probably trying to ditch her brother! What an oddball! :?

I can't believe how beautiful that orange headed parrotfish is! I've never seen one like that! I need to go snorkeling with you someday! :D

Love your reports, Becky! What a nice Aunt and Uncle you are. The tuna and grilled mahi shots made me really really hungry!

I love the photos. Great report. We stayed on St. Thomas this year, and did not make it over to St John at all. Your photos make me feel like I need a second trip.

Colleen, yes the G12 has a zoom feature that works in the underwater housing. However, I find the best pictures require getting as close as possible to whatever it is you are shooting, so diving down really does help.

Connie, pm me your email and I will send you the picture of the starfish. Hope you are staying safe with Irene coming your way!

And yes, that guy was defintely strange. He asked us where we were from, and when we told him said that "everyone from Boston is mean!" Um, OK.... He also shared how much $$ he supposedly spent on his vacation (who does that?), and claimed that his family founded a very large company that I won't mention here. Whatever....

Final installment coming shortly.
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.
