How to get back to Coral Bay after going to the bars-no car

Post by inuny »

My college-aged son and 2 friends will be with us in March on the Coral Bay side. They'd like to hang out in Cruz bay without us. What's the best way for them to get back late at night ?

Have you pick them up :)

Seriously it's hard enough to get a taxi driver to go during the day and I will say 99.999% impossible to get one to go at night never mind late at night - maybe for the right price (my MIL paid $30 for 2 people to go from Cruz Bay to my home which is close to the Upper Carolina Road and that was at 2pm) but even then I don't know if they would do it.

Last bus from Cruz Bay is at 7:15pm :)

we have been able to arrange for cab drivers to get us back there at night- and as Pia says it was about 30 bucks--we went at about 10 pm--we pre arranged this.
< leaving on the 22nd of march...but too lame to figure out the ticker thing again!>

If you happen to be there during the Blues Fest they wouldn't need to go to Cruz bay. I can't find any info on the dates it will be in 2012, but it is in March.

Guy Benjamin rode a donkey back late at night. Took him about 6 hours.
