First hand information on Ocean Palm Villa?

I have read reviews and everything else I can find on VIOL, Tripadvisor, real estate co, etc., but was wondering if anyone on here has any first hand knowledge? We are planning a trip with a group and Ocean Palm could accomodate all of us. Any information would be great! Thanks! :D

Thanks Pia! I did see that. It sounds like there are a few issues, but hopefully they'll get resolved before we would go. If not, I think we could survive :wink: I know it's for sale. Do you think that could be a problem?
