Take a look at Skyridge on Upper Carolina. http://stjohnhouserentals.com/Skyridge.htm

It's a gem, in my opinion. The views over Sir Francis Drake Channel in the front and Bordeaux in the back, the privacy, the sheer comfort of the house (including the outdoor showers), are all wonderful. Plus this home has good karma. It is well loved.

We also really liked Notre Ciel on Mamey Peak. It has everything you want, but I'm not sure about a.c. in bedrooms. The breezes are so constant up there, we never needed a.c. Loved the pool and hot-tub. Great central location and magnificent views.

Skyridge, however, would give each couple more privacy because of the various decks and more spacious living area.

Happy hunting! Who knows, you may discover a Coral Bay side to yourself. Shelley

Amazing views, 2 equal master suites, 1 in main house and the other in separate pod on the other side of the pool and hot tub.

Villa tiffany is amazing, the views are insane--the drive up is insane as well! the set up may or may not work for you though--the main living area has the dining/living area with the master bedroom /bath attached to that the other 'master' bedroom is in a separate pod that is across the pool deck with a sliding glass door that looks out to th epool (sort of limited privacy) this didn't have a proper curtain when we were there--but i think that the owner might have addressed that--
there is an additional third room below the main pod.
the house is reasonably outfitted (when we were there) but has no glasses (ok, just a pet peeve of mine, i like to drink from glasses not plastic--though i certainly understand not wanting glass on your pool deck)--anyway, the view and the outdoor deck/dining area are really just amazing--

Tiffany is booked and so is Jumbie.

I sent the link to Bo Atabey to our friends, we will see what they say. I would really prefer Ajax Peak but haven't be lucky in my search.
Why is this so hard every trip?

X -- It's pathetic, isn't it? I need to live vicariously through others until we manage to return.

By the way, have you looked at DeBolina? I've always wanted to stay there. Again great location, view, and looks very comfortable and spacious.
