Let's look for a villa! UPDATED!
2 couples
AC in bedrooms
Pool
Would like but but not necessary
Hot tub
Sunset view
Would prefer Cruz Bay side but can be swayed to Coral Bay if it is AWESOME
Off season pricing under $2500 ???
*****************************************************
Skip the Sunset view, our friends said that they want to stay in Coral Bay.
Chip and I would prefer Bordeaux or Ajax Peak area, but can be convinced otherwise, I guess.
I am just not a Coral Bay person...I want to be but I am not, this is going to be a very tough decision

cinnamon tarn (no AC but OH the views!) http://www.vacationvistas.com/Villas/cinnamon-tarn.html
Happy hunting!

My recommendation based on our stay in June and it fits your budget.

The only one I can personally tell you about is Cinnamon Tarn....she's right: no AC but between the trade winds blowing through & ceiling fans ALL over the house it was fine.
The house itself is beautiful & spacious....great space.
The view is A.Maz.Zing!!!!! Words can't really describe it; was worth this alone. Loved this villa so much we're staying there again & taking 2 newbies with us next time.
Enjoy...wherever you stay!

I have noooo idea what this looks like in person but I bookmarked it as it looks great in the photos (but we know what that can mean sometimes) and it's in your budget

I had it bookmarked too but I think I will save it for when it is just the 2 of us. The master bedroom is beautiful but the 2nd bedroom is just so-so to me and I think we need to be fair to the other couple if they are paying half.Pia wrote:I have noooo idea what this looks like in person but I bookmarked it as it looks great in the photos (but we know what that can mean sometimes) and it's in your budget

Here's one a little over your budget (unless you can wait a few weeks longer for their off season rates), but we stayed there this past spring and it is awesome!
