Villa pricing ?

Post by Jimm »

My wife and I are looking to stay for 2 weeks in St. John next year. We will have another couple with us for the 1st week and then two more couples the 2nd week. My question is the pricing structure of most villas increases as more bedrooms are used. Do you think the rental company would charge us for 2 bedrooms for the first week and 4 bedrooms for the second week? Has anyone ever done this. I guess if they wouldn’t do it I could just book it for 2 couples the first week and re-book a new reservation for 4 couples the following week.

Most villa agencies would adjust the rates weekly depending on the number of bedrooms used.

No need for 2 reservations. Just tell them how many bedrooms/people there will be for how many days and they will adjust the rate accordingly. No problem.

I agree, people do this all of the time at our home and we charge them only for what they get. Just be honest about your usage and everyone will be happy
