My fiance and I would like to taste a Rum Cake when we are on island, the second week in Oct 2011. We have never tasted the cake before.

If you are interested in having a rum cake for your wedding, then you should contact a baker and ask them if you can have a tasting. You will want to taste how the baker makes the cake and not how a general rum cake tastes.
