from flickr select your photo. not the thumb nail view but the full view.
above the photo on the left you will see 2 drop downs. one says actions, you want the one to the right of that, for sharing. it has an email icon and facebook.
drop down and you will see "grab the html code"

below that you can control the size of the photo. it should default to medium. copy all that code and paste it here.

you can always hit the preview button below before you post to make sure it worked. try it!

I don't post photos often enough to remember the process. I saved the thread below to guide me.

Good luck.

how I post a photo...

Open two tabs so you can work from two screens... One for Flickr and one for this posting box. If you wish to write something before posting the pic, do it now.

Go to your flickr page... Pick the photo you want to post and have made any adjustments to, as in Picnik. On the left, above the pic you see an envelope, FB, Tweet, and an arrow. Choose the arrow and pull down to "Copy and paste the code below". Choose your pic size, medium works well for this site. Copy the code and come back to this page and paste the code here. Your photo should be here in code.
I always like to "preview" to see if the pic is ok before I submit my post.

Hope this not too elementary, yet helpful. (I see that an expert is here, but I'll stay too!)
