Eaglesnest villa...any info?
We have friends who will be staying at Eaglesnest. I searched the villa reviews and did a search on this site and could find no info on this villa...other than that Rick G. may be staying there in Oct.
Does anyone have any info on this villa that we can pass along to our friends?
Thanks.

Peet, we met the owners a couple of years ago. They added the pool in about 2004 and did some renovation work. They are active owners and spend a month a year in the house. It's got both Southern and Western exposures, so there's sun all day. It's on the Western point (Contant Point) of Great Cruz Bay.
I've been wanting to stay at Eaglesnest for a while and we finally got down to 6 people to fit.
One nice benefit, it is managed by VIVA and people who have rented through VIVA in the past (us) get a 10% discount.
Cheers, RickG

Thanks for the feedback. Our friends will be staying there before you, so I'll make sure to get their "review" to you.RickG wrote:Peet, we met the owners a couple of years ago. Hi, I am staying in Eagle's Nest in November. I too had questions and got feedback in the St. John forum on Trip Advisor. You can either look up by Eagle's Nest search or search my name (aroobagirl). If you want the summary, response was it is nice, only negative is that you have to go through the front door and down an outside flight of steps to get to the pool. That set up actually works for me since I have a toddler!
Will post my impression when I get back hope you will too if you go earlier!
