Real Estate Attorney in St John

Post by ski2play »

After much house hunting we have found a villa to purchase in St John. We have made an offer and had it accepted by the owners. Now, we are looking for some recommendations on professionals who any of you may have knowledge of to guide us through this purchase. We have found a listing of 12 lawyers who practice out of Cruz Bay....but we so hate to just pick a name off a list because we like how the name sounds! Any recommendations? Thanks Libby & Tommy

Congratulations! We purchased a condo last year and used a lawyer on St. Thomas named Norman Jones. We were pleased with him and the bill ended up being less than expected - which isn't a bad thing!

Very excited for you!!

I would completely recommend Jerri Kotas. She was our attorney through three real estate transactions and with the third, being the purchase of our home, she really saved our butt as she noticed things I am not sure someone else would have. As an attorney, she really makes us feel as though she is on our side and is certainly looking out for our best interest. We have used her for other matters as well and have complete confidence in her and her husband Steve Gregorian (sp?), who is also great.
And...congratulations and all the best on your new home!

So incredibly psyched for you. I heard that is why I missed ya at the Beach Bar. Congrats and best of luck to you both. Maybe we will have to have a celebratory drink sometime.
