Really glad that you all enjoyed our pictures. We really enjoyed this trip - it was our 6th time to visit St. John (last time 2008) and the 2nd time we stayed at Bayview villa(last time 2003). We found it to be updated, freshly painted, well equipped and in better condition than we remembered from 2003. Did not try the pool light. The views from Ajax Peak are just fantastic and we like the quick access to the North Shore beaches and the Columbo smoothie stand.
Not sure when we will return to St. John. We love the place, the people, the peace, the slow pace, and the opportunity they all provide to relax from our daily routine. Our kids are getting to the age where they can travel with us and maybe we'll return with them some time in the next couple of years to share a place we love.
As you can tell, I really like making the panorama style pictures, because of the wider perspective they provide. Many of the pictures that are posted to flickr were digitally combined from multiple pictures using Windows live.
