I must go call my Realtor now :D , then my bank to see if they offer 100 year financing :(

Sorry I did not respond sooner but I was off island and not even thinking of looking at the computer for a week. To clarify, it is the property that is for sale, not the restaurant. For 1.5 you get me and Dennis along with Elliott and Jo and Rick and Lolita. What a bargain! Six middle aged Coral Bayers for you all to share. There is plenty of property behind us to build your group home and we would all love to have you as neighbors. There are lots of guys around that will hammer nails for a beer.I am sure that one of you out there is a financial planner and maybe can open up a pay pal account to start a collection. Just let me know where to send the rent as I am not quite ready to retire yet. Now if someone wants to but the restaurant for 1.5, I may reconsider.

Shipwreck Pat - I'm just posting to tell you that we just got back from our first trip to St. John and LOVED your restaurant. We had great food, great drinks, and great company at the bar. What could be better?

So I guess you are willing to kick in on the "group home".
Thanks and remember the best way not to miss St John is to start planning your next trip back.
