Is there a Current list of restaurants that take CC's or Cash Only?

this isn't a list, but i know that the tourist trap is cash only and vies is cash only--and Joes is cash only (right?)--these are pretty obvious and you probably already knew this.....

Are all of the places on both lists above still open?

Surly Cantina is no more and Shela's Pot has been displaced temporarily while the park is being rebuilt.
